I-77 Commerce Center is a 149,700sf Class A Light Industrial Park that is currently under construction in Charlotte, NC.  The project is strategically located along Statesville Road in Charlotte with access to I-77 and I-485 less than a mile away.  The project consists of three buildings, Building 1 at 35,040sf, Building 2 at 35,040sf, & Building 3 at 79,620sf.  Available spaces range from 3,200sf up to 149,700sf.  Buildings 1 & 2 will be 18’ clear while Building C will be 24’ clear.  Buildings 2 & 3 will feature a combination of dock-high and drive-in loading positions while Building A will feature only dock-high loading.  The project will feature oversize truck courts, White TPO roofs and 8’ ribbon glass along the building fronts and sides.
