Greenberg Gibbons Properties (GGP) is on the verge of completing its latest industrial project, Garner Commerce Park, located at 2525 Highway 70 in southeast Garner, near Pine Hollow Golf Club. The 128,000-square-foot industrial park is expected to be ready for tenant upfits by early 2024, with full project completion anticipated by the end of 2023.

Garner Commerce Park consists of three buildings designed to offer Class-A flex industrial space, with sizes of 37,785 square feet, 40,805 square feet, and 49,490 square feet. Each building features 18-foot clear heights, providing ample vertical space for a variety of industrial uses. The park also includes 512 surface parking spaces, catering to the needs of multiple tenants.

Alex Laperouse, President of GGP, expressed confidence in the park’s ability to attract a diverse range of tenants. "Our goal with Garner Commerce Park is to provide high-quality, flexible industrial spaces that meet the needs of service providers, research and development companies, and other light industrial businesses," Laperouse stated. "The strategic location near major highways and the inclusion of dock and drive-in loading options make this park an ideal choice for many businesses."

The site’s strategic location near the intersection of Highway 70 and Guy Road offers excellent accessibility and visibility, enhancing its appeal to potential tenants. GGP acquired the 16.37-acre property in January 2023, underscoring the company’s commitment to expanding its presence in the Carolinas.

Lee & Associates, Raleigh-Durham, is handling leasing for the park, bringing their extensive market knowledge and expertise to attract a wide range of tenants. The project team includes top-tier professionals who ensure the successful execution of the development, maintaining GGP’s high standards of quality and functionality.

Garner Commerce Park is part of GGP’s broader strategy to develop light industrial spaces that cater to the evolving needs of businesses in the region. The company’s focus on delivering flexible, high-quality industrial facilities is evident in the design and construction of this park.

Laperouse concluded, "We are excited to bring Garner Commerce Park to completion and look forward to welcoming tenants to this premier flex industrial space. Our commitment to quality and attention to detail ensures that Garner Commerce Park will be a valuable addition to Wake County’s industrial landscape."
